It seems like all games these days are either D&D clones, Forged in the Dark, or Powered by the Apocalypse. I’m just starting to familiarize myself with PbtA systems, and it was really cool to hear about some of its design strengths!
Glad you enjoyed it! I think the three examples you've mentioned are iconic for their own reasons. The d20 has a lot of symbolic power in D&D's case, and the other two systems provide interesting innovations when it comes to resolving situations. Pools of dice vs Scales, etc! I'm excited to continue exploring these systems and tweaking them in the future.
